⚠️ This document constitutes a binding agreement between you and the website operator. Please read carefully before using any services.

1. General & Nature of Service

•Welcome to "Yad Melava" (the "Website"), operated by the website management (the "Operator"). Contact: yadmelave@gmail.com or via the contact page at yadmelava.com
•Use of the website, its content, calculators, documents and any other digital service offered therein is subject to these Terms. Any access or use of the website constitutes acceptance of all terms herein.
•The website provides digital tools, calculators, computations and information related to employing foreign workers, wages, vacation, recuperation, pension and final compensation. The website also operates a job board connecting employers with caregivers and foreign workers.
•Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the website does not provide legal, accounting or pension advisory services. All outputs are provided as operational tools only and do not replace professional consultation.
•Use of the website is permitted for users aged 18 and over only.

•Services are currently provided at no cost ("Free Service"), with no commitment to their continuity.
•The Operator may discontinue, modify, restrict or suspend the service, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, including without prior notice.
•The Operator reserves the right to change the service policy at any time, including transitioning to a paid service model. Such changes take effect upon publication on the website.

•No Employment Relationship: The website serves as a platform (online bulletin board) connecting parties only. The Operator is not a party to any engagement, does not charge placement fees, and bears no responsibility for the quality of any resulting employment relationship.
•Legal Compliance: Employers and workers bear sole responsibility for ensuring the legality of employment, including valid work and residence visas for the foreign worker, and lawful employment permits for the employer.
•Accuracy of Listings: The Operator does not verify or guarantee the accuracy, completeness or legality of listings, profiles or information published by users. The publishing user bears sole responsibility for content.
•Prohibited Content: Publishing listings that violate law, are discriminatory, misleading, offensive or infringe third-party rights is prohibited. The Operator may remove any listing at its discretion.

•The user bears full and exclusive responsibility for the accuracy, completeness and legality of all data entered into the website (including wages, employment dates and associated components).
•The Operator shall not be liable for any error, miscalculation, discrepancy or incorrect conclusion arising from data entered by the user.
•Where the user enters data relating to a third party (employee, caregiver, candidate, etc.), the user declares they are acting with that party's consent and in compliance with all applicable law, including the Privacy Protection Law, 1981.

•Calculator results, forms and documents produced on the website are provided "AS IS," without any warranty of accuracy, currency, completeness or suitability for the user's specific circumstances.
•Website outputs do not constitute professional advice of any kind and should not be relied upon as a substitute for independent review by a qualified professional (lawyer, accountant, payroll consultant).

•Use of the website, its content and calculators is at the user's sole risk.
•Since the service is provided free of charge, the Operator is considered to have received no consideration, and its maximum liability for any damage is limited to NIS 0 (zero shekels).
•The Operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or financial damage, including charges owed to employees, regulatory claims or legal expenses arising from reliance on website outputs.
•The user agrees to indemnify the Operator against any damage, loss, fine or legal expense incurred due to the user's breach of these Terms.

•As of the date of this update, all website services are provided free of charge.
•Since no financial transaction is involved, consumer protection regulations regarding cancellation and remote transactions do not apply, unless a paid service is introduced in the future.
•Upon transition to a paid service, provisions regarding pricing, payment methods and cancellation policy will be added to these Terms and published prior to any transaction.

•All intellectual property rights in the website, including calculators, algorithms, documents, reports, design and interfaces, belong solely to the Operator.
•Copying, reproducing, distributing or making commercial use of website outputs without prior written consent from the Operator is prohibited.
•The user grants the Operator a limited, free, non-exclusive license to use content published on the website (such as listings, profiles, files) solely for the purposes of operating the services.

•The Operator may update, modify, add or remove content and services from the website at any time and without notice.
•The website does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or fault-free operation.
•The Operator may update these Terms at any time. The updated version shall be binding from the date of its publication on the website.

•These Terms and all use of the website shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel only.
•Exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the website and its services shall be vested in the competent courts of Israel.
